Workshop Description:

Do job interviews make you want to run and hide? You’re not alone! As a Career Coach, Salsa Dance Instructor and Meditation Teacher, I’ve been experimenting with various embodiment techniques to help job seekers drop into themselves more fully and connect with their interviewers to feel empowered in the job interview.

Come explore a number of mind-body techniques to help you successfully surf your nerves and express yourself the way you want to on interview day!

The session will involve two stages of skill learning and application: Exploring techniques that you can practice by yourself, and engaging in practices that you can do with another person to simulate the actual job interview so you can be more successful in the interview process!

Leave feeling more connected to your body - relaxed, ready, inspired and equipped to take on your interviews with greater confidence and skill!

Who Is This Workshop For?

  • This workshops is for job seekers and individuals in career transition who are looking for calmer mind-body presence, greater connection with their interviewers, and more confidence in interview settings!

What You'll Learn:

1. Mind-body techniques, including breath work, mantras, voice vibrations in the body and more for more skillfully managing your own mind-body energy on interview day.
2. Mind-body techniques to increase your connection with your interviewers for a more authentic interview experience.
3. How to set more clear intentions for the kind of interview experience you want to have, and next steps and experiments you can run after the session to continue to strengthen your embodied interviewing skills.
