I'm glad you're still here.
I've recently introduced you to Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking, a book that has helped countless people quit smoking after they finish reading it.
Let me share with you another book that left me absolutely stunned.
Discovering Allen Carr led me to wonder, "Is there anything else out there like this?"
The answer is yes...
...and what I found was beyond anything I could have expected.
But first..let's find out if you are the right person we can help.
There are two tests for you to take to determine if you need The Speaking Anxiety Presentation.
Test 1: Do You Have The Speaking Anxiety Spike?
The highest levels of nervousness and anxiety often manifest when you're about to speak and during the initial moments when you start speaking.
Test 2: Have Two or More of These?
Do you find yourself relating to two or more of the following indicators?
➡ You grapple with intense speaking anxiety and nervousness, often feeling like you're the only one who experiences such heightened anxiety.
➡ You have the knowledge and expertise but still feel nervous when you have to speak or when you have to speak off-the-cuff.
➡ You script everything out even though you know what you're talking about (and you might even over-prepare).
➡ You’ve at least tried one of these things…breathing, meditation, positive affirmations, beta-blockers, practicing, Toastmasters, therapy, power posing, random speaking tricks like focus on a friendly face, other speaking classes, other speaking coaches, other anxiety experts, books, videos online.
➡ Despite receiving compliments as a speaker, you remain aware that you don't feel as comfortable, confident, or as skilled as others perceive you to be.
➡ A past negative speaking experience continues to haunt you, affecting your current confidence.
➡ You are required to speak or present regularly, and the persistent nerves remain a significant challenge.
➡ Physically, you experience severe manifestations of anxiety.
➡ You struggle with sleep disturbances due to anxiety about your speaking events.
➡ You used to be very confident and now it's not the case because of different situations.
➡ You've begun avoiding presentations and speaking engagements entirely or have a strong desire to do so.
➡ You notice anxiety building, even during your downtime activities, such as walking your dog, washing dishes, playing with your kids, driving, or while engaged in routine work tasks.
If both of these tests resonate with you, then The Speaking Anxiety Presentation will make a real difference in your speaking.
Book #2 - Dr. Sarno - Healing Back Pain
When people read Dr. Sarno’s book they have no more back pain.
Howard Stern, the popular radio show host, is a big supporter of Dr. Sarno.
People have been through physical therapy and surgeries!
I’m not sure if you find the smoking book more surprising or this one.
Take a look at some of the comments from YouTube, Reddit and Amazon:
- “The doctor said it was lupus. I was cured of acute chronic pain in ONE DAY...by reading a book.”
- “Read his book. My back pain of 10+ years and a carousel of doctors went away. Sarno’s stuff is REAL. Give it a try. What do you have to lose?”
- “Sarno is a hero!”
- “32 years of backpain.. 2 surgeries..been a personal trainer for many years so I know at least the basics.. then I read a book and no more pain.. its (un) believable.”
Before Dr. Sarno turned it into a book, he gave lectures to people and when people walked out of his lectures, they left free from back pain! Just like the Allen Carr guy.
What the heck is going on???
More importantly, how can I apply all of this to help people with public speaking anxiety?
I went into bat cave mode. I ignored my wife and my cats.
I thought.. if Allen Carr can do this for smoking and Dr. Sarno can do this for back pain.
This can MUST be done for public speaking anxiety.
Fast forward to today in 2024, we now have this "solution", it's currently in the form of a presentation.

Meet Craig ~ Craig has been speaking for ages but he still faced speaking anxiety. He recently retired and still wanted to work on it. His wife even said to him, "Why did you sign up for this when you're retired?" That's because he never figured out how to overcome speaking anxiety until he saw the presentation.
On the next page, I'll share how I deciphered Allen Carr's philosophy and Dr. Sarno's principles, revealing the key reasons why what they are doing is so effective. More importantly, how this all can apply to your speaking situations.
